Shipping Policy
At Los Gallos Cigars, we take pride in our efficient shipping methods and meticulous packaging to ensure your cigars arrive safely. We offer competitive shipping rates and provide transparent information to our valued customers using clear, straightforward language. Los Gallos Cigars partners with UPS, and is an authorized entity licensed to ship tobacco products.
All purchases must be made by customers over the age of 21. Upon delivery, an adult signature will be required. If no one is available to receive the package, UPS will attempt a second delivery the following business day at no additional charge. If an adult signature is not obtained, the cigars will be returned to Los Gallos Cigars.
Each cigar order is packaged in a box with a foam insert for protection during transit. A two-way humidity control Boveda pack is included in each box to maintain the freshness of the cigars. The cigar box is then placed inside a custom gold color foam shipper with the customer's specific shipping label. Please note that the shipping box is not intended for long-term storage. For optimal quality, it is recommended to store your cigars in a humidor at 69% humidity or in a cedar box with a Boveda pack.
Return & Exchange Policy
Our return and exchange policy is designed to give you peace of mind when shopping with us. If cigars arrived damaged, we will ask you to send us a photo of the product upon opening the box showcasing the damages and send photo to cperry@losgalloscigars.com. All damaged cigars to be returned to Los Gallos, and at that point a new box of cigars will be shipped to you, or a full refund. We make it easy for you to request a refund or exchange. We believe in building trust and confidence, ensuring you can shop with us worry-free.
